We have an abundance of local furred and feathered game on our doorstep. The weekend will include:
- Venison butchery masterclass
- Preparing and cooking game birds – pigeon/pheasant
- Slow cooking fantastic stews – venison
- Moroccan style game pie
- Fantastic pies
- What to do with the legs: how to confit and make the most of the whole bird
Game Preparation and Cooking course
- 2 days butchery and cooking
- Lunch on both days
- £300 per person
Game Preparation and Cooking Course – Two Night Retreat
- 2 nights’ accommodation with breakfast
- 3 course gourmet evening meals on Friday and Saturday
- Working lunch on Saturday and Sunday
- £525 per person or £900 for two people (shared room)
Private course (minimum 2 people, week days only, by arrangement)
- 2 days butchery and cooking
- £350 per person
