Wild Food Foraging and Cooking

On this course you will learn the fundamental techniques to make oils, vinegars, and sour dough and explore ways to preserve and flavour food through curing and smoking.

Depending on what is in season, we will pick from the local hedgerows or meadows and then create fabulous tasting food from some of the following:

Rosehips, wild garlic, pineapple weed, meadow sweet, sorrel, bilberries, blackberries, nettles or dandelions.

Private courses for 2-4 people. Contact me to arrange a suitiable date. Courses run from April to September.
