In the box will be a selection of cuts of venison which have been vacuum sealed on the day of butchery.

It will include a generous amount of the following cuts. Weights are a guideline but rest assured you will get a nice mix.

• Haunch steaks 2.5 kg
• Minced venison x 1kg
• Venison burgers x 8
• Back strap (the best cut) 1kg
• Shoulder or shanks x 1 .5 kg
